The GB2 Network at network.graybeardedgreenberet.com (the “GB2 Network”) is operated by Gray Bearded Green Beret LLC, a subsidiary of High Sierra Consulting, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and is powered by Uscreen.
Your use of the GB2 Network, including any account, subscription, membership, or course purchase, is governed by the Gray Bearded Green Beret Terms & Conditions at https://graybeardedgreenberet.com/policies/terms-of-service (the “Terms”), which are incorporated into this page by reference. By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the GB2 Network, you agree to the Terms. The key points are summarized below. If anything on this page conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.
All GB2 Network content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. High Sierra Consulting, LLC, Gray Bearded Green Beret LLC, and Joshua Enyart do not provide any certification through digital content, and all content is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, or for hands-on training and supervision.
Wilderness survival, bushcraft, land navigation, first aid, and related outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts and lacerations, burns, fire, exposure to cold, heat, and weather, hypothermia, dehydration, falls, becoming lost, encounters with wildlife, plants, and insects, and serious injury, illness, or death.
Any practice, use, or application of the skills, techniques, or information you learn from the GB2 Network is done voluntarily and at your own risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating your own physical condition, abilities, and environment; for obtaining appropriate hands-on training, supervision, and medical advice; for using proper safety and protective equipment; and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and land-use rules, including fire restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, death, and property damage arising from your practice or use of any such skills, techniques, or information, and you release High Sierra Consulting, LLC, Gray Bearded Green Beret LLC, Joshua Enyart, and their instructors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising from that practice or use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, High Sierra Consulting, LLC, Gray Bearded Green Beret LLC, Joshua Enyart, and their instructors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages for personal injury, arising out of or in any way connected with the GB2 Network or the practice or use of any skills, techniques, or information obtained through it. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold them harmless as set out in the Terms.
Your account is for your personal use only and may not be shared. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with no refund for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase. Individual course purchases and other one-time digital purchases are non-refundable. Content may not be copied, shared, or redistributed. See the Terms for complete details.
Disputes are resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, with no class or representative actions, under the governing law and venue set out in the Terms.
